Our Strength & Conditioning classes at UAC Eastside are designed to help you get stronger, move with purpose, and push your limits in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Led by expert coaches, these small-group sessions combine strength training, functional movement, and conditioning to help you build muscle, boost endurance, and stay injury-free no matter your experience level. Come train with a community that shows up for each other.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Join us for a high energy, full body workout with our community! Spend this jam-packed hour with our owner Sean as he guides you through a challenging circuit. Love Assault Bikes, core finishers or buddy exercises? Or hate them, but know they're good for you? This class is perfect to kickstart your weekend!

SPEED & AGILITY

Our trainer Hannelore has a not-so-secret alter ego – Hanners Banners, a jammer for Crow City Derby. In this weekend class, Hanners teaches some of the skills most important in roller derby: speed, agility and explosiveness. This class offers a different kind of challenge for our speed demons at heart.

ALL LEVELS LIFTING

Whether you are most comfortable with a barbell's knurling in hand or have never touched a barbell, Head Coach Joon offers something for all levels in this class. This is the perfect space to get nerdy about technique, try a new training cue or just break the ice. Find out why we are all obsessed with barbells! 

SLIDING SCALE AFFINITY CLASS

Coach Kris brings her expertise to create a space by and for the queer, trans and gender expansive community. This beginner friendly, welcoming class is meant to welcome folks who may not always feel comfortable in all gym settings. Learn lifting safely – physically and emotionally – with a focus in powerlifting and kettlebell weights.

All Muscle Mommies classes are sliding scale direct to the coach with a recommended donation of $10 per class depending on financial ability. No one turned away for lack of funds!
