WHAT IS HYROX: This international sport combines running and functional fitness. Athletes run 1 kilo, followed by an exercise station – repeated eight times. SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rower, farmers carry, lunges, wall balls. 

HOW UAC IS DOING IT: HYROX is an entirely different style of training, but it is perfect for folks who already have a base workout schedule or take our classes. Our Head Coach Joon is designing the training to prepare folks to race, either solo or as a team. 

We want to make it easy to fit into your life! That’s why we are utilizing a club format. HYROX training times with our coach will be regularly scheduled:

  • Saturdays @ 11 a.m.

  • Sundays @ 8 a.m.

  • We will add a weekday. Tell us what time!

HOW TO JOIN: Reserve your HYROX Club access for only $200 for the year! Then, just show up during our HYROX hours.
