As a trainer and nutrition coach, I believe health and fitness are about fueling your body to move well, feel strong, and live fully. Whether it's through strength, mobility, or nutrition, my goal is to help you build a lifestyle that feels sustainable, empowering, and a little more pain-free each day.
My approach is rooted in functional movement, core stability, and injury prevention. Having dealt with multiple injuries myself (back and shoulder), I understand how frustrating it can feel to be stuck, discouraged, or unsure how to move forward. That’s why I focus on building strength through intentional movement, so everyday activities are easier, enjoyable, and aligned with your goals. Clients working with me can expect to learn the fundamentals: functional movement, core integration, mobility, and strength tailored to your body and your life. Whether you want to feel stronger, move with more confidence, or simply feel better daily, I’ll meet you where you are.
Fitness became my anchor when I hit a personal low. Through movement, music and nourishment, I found joy again - and I bring that passion into everything I do. These days, you’ll find me running long distances (still learning to love every mile), practicing Muay Thai, or exploring art, dance and nature. I’m here to help you feel powerful in your own skin!
