Meet KELLY - PT

Kelly is a strength coach who specializes in supporting people through peri-menopause and menopause. Her work focuses on helping clients better understand their bodies during times of transition and adapt their training and nutrition accordingly.

Her coaching emphasizes:

  • Building and maintaining muscle through strength training

  • Supporting shifts in body composition and metabolic health

  • Fueling in a way that supports energy, recovery, and performance

  • Creating structure that is effective, while remaining flexible and sustainable

In her mid-thirties, Kelly experienced similar changes firsthand, leading her to rethink how she trained, recovered, and nourished her body. That process led her to the strongest place she’s ever been, and continues to inform her work with clients.

Kelly’s lifelong passion for food is central to her philosophy. She believes food is not only powerful fuel, but also community, identity, and connection. Outside of the gym, you can find her in the kitchen, adventuring in nature, or in her garden growing both food and flowers.
