Meet KELLY - PT
As a longtime athlete, I’ve found fulfillment in movement across many disciplines. I first fell in love with weightlifting at 16, when my strength and conditioning coach challenged me to push my limits, both physically and mentally. Since then, I’ve trained in kettlebells, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and bodybuilding, always returning to my foundation in strong, compound movement.
My lifelong passion for food guides my training philosophy. I believe athletes perform and feel their best when they are well fueled, and that food is not only nutrition, but celebration, tradition, and community.
In my mid-thirties, I experienced unexpected health challenges and changes in my body composition. Reimagining how I fueled and trained ultimately led me to the strongest place I’ve been in many years. This experience shaped my desire to help clients navigate body changes and build a framework of sustainable habits while leaving room for balance and flexibility. I feel especially called to support people experiencing the effects of (peri-)menopause.
I’m passionate about empowering people to feel capable, confident, and joyful in their bodies.
