I know that starting a fitness journey can be overwhelming and tough to know where to start.
Whether you're just starting to work out or are looking to level up your current routine, my goal is to to make working out easier and more accessible to everyone. I especially love strength training and barbell, but am also comfortable designing a variety of programs to fit your particular goals and needs.
