Meet MIA- PT
My goal is to help others increase strength, build confidence in the gym, and develop achievable fitness routines that support long-term wellness. My approach prioritizes effectiveness and enjoyment to drive goal-oriented training. Above all else, I want those who work with me to make real progress and boost self-efficacy. What does this look like? Individually tailored fitness plans that translate to ease in day-to-day routines.
Outside of the gym, I enjoy playing guitar, reading, and sculpting. Through my art practice, I have learned the necessity of patience, consistency, and commitment in order to accomplish results. I find many parallels between these principles and my fitness journey; I want to help others apply these concepts to achieving their fitness goals in a sustainable, positive way.
